This is an experience for both adults and children.

Great for Students!

We offer art tutorials and opportunities for adults and students.

This is a great option for school age students studying virtually, at home, due to COVID-19. Students will get diverse art lessons they may have never received in school. At BGU we go beyond "western art" and the "old masters" . We don't just teach male, European artists like Picasso and Michelangelo but rather Edmonia Lewis (Black sculptor) and Alma Thomas (Black abstract painter). Art lessons will take inspiration from diverse narratives and Black artists. Moreover art tutorials will incorporate essential art vocabulary, diverse art history, as well as the Elements and Principles of Design which are a cornerstone of Art k-12 curriculum.

Art instruction in all videos is conducted by a certified teacher in Art K-12.
